欧盟发布新版玩具安全标准EN 71-2:2020修订内容

欧盟委员会发布了新版玩具安全标准EN 71-2:2020。已获得CEN批准。此新版本将取代当前版本的EN 71-2:2011+A1:2014。
这仍然没有与玩具安全指令协调一致，因此只有EN 71-2:2011+A1:2014被视为表明符合玩具安全指令的强制性标准。然而，预计EN 71-2:2020将在2021年内被欧盟官方公报(OJEU)引用。
The European Commission has published the new version of toy safety standard,EN 71-2:2020.It has been approved by CEN.This new version will supersede the current version of EN 71-2:2011+A1:2014.
This is still not yet being harmonized to the toy safety directive so that only EN 71-2:2011+A1:2014 is considered as the mandatory standard to show compliance with toy safety directive.However,it is expected that EN 71-2:2020 to be cited in the Official Journal of the European Union(OJEU)within 2021.
重点修订内容
&新增定义，如“清洗”、“洗涤”、“流动元素”等。
&明确“拟由儿童进入的玩具”的范围。
&新增加了玩具变装服装的要求和试验方法。
&详细阐述了玩具变装服装的小样本的处理方式：允许组合样本或半尺寸样本和窄材料。试验期间可使用不锈钢丝网支撑。给出了流程图，以帮助说明如何获得试样。
&在相应条款中增加玩具的图示示例及其应用。
&新增参考文件，如CEN/TR 15371-1:2017，玩具安全-解释-第1部分:对EN 71-1、EN 71-2、EN 71-8和EN 71-14解释请求的回复。

&Clarified scope for“Toys intended to be entered by a child”.
&New added requirements and test methods for toy disguise costumes.
&Elaborated the handling for smaller specimens of toy disguise costumes-allowing combined specimens or half-sized specimens and narrow materials.Stainless-steel wire mesh support may be used during testing.Flow diagrams are given to aid clarification on how to obtain test specimens.
&Added pictorial examples of toys and their application to corresponding clauses.
&New added reference document,e.g.CEN/TR 15371-1:2017,Safety of toys-Interpretations-Part 1:Replies to requests for interpretation of EN 71-1,EN 71-2,EN 71-8 and EN 71-14.
